Studio Rentals

Musicality Central is available for limited studio rentals when the space is not being used for our regular programming.

Our studio was designed to be a welcoming environment for movement, creativity, and collaboration. We’re happy to open the space to individuals and organizations who are looking for a clean, professional environment to rehearse, host a class, hold a meeting, or work on a creative project.

Because we carefully protect the experience of our clients and instructors, all rentals are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis.

What Our Space Is Great For

Our studio may be a good fit if you’re looking for space for:

• Dance rehearsals
• Small group classes or workshops
• Fitness sessions
• Creative projects
• Meetings or small gatherings
• Personal practice sessions

Rental Guidelines

To maintain the quality of the space for everyone who uses it, we ask that all renters agree to the following:

• Rentals cannot be for programming that directly competes with classes regularly offered at Musicality Central.
• The studio must be treated with respect and left clean after use.
• All renters and participants must sign a liability waiver before using the space.
• The renter is responsible for ensuring their guests follow studio guidelines.
• Rental approval is not guaranteed and will depend on availability and alignment with our studio values.

Our goal is to keep Musicality Central a positive, respectful environment for everyone who walks through the door.

Rental Rate

Studio rentals are $50 per hour.

Rental time must include your full use of the space, including setup and cleanup.
