Musicality Central was created for adults who want to move with intention, confidence, and musicality — no matter where they’re starting from.

Rooted in Hip Hop foundations and culture, our flagship classes blend choreography, groove, conditioning, and performance energy in a way that feels both empowering and accessible. You don’t have to call yourself a dancer to belong here. You just have to be willing to move.

In our choreography and dance fitness classes, you’ll experience Hip Hop fundamentals woven into dynamic, high-energy movement. In sessions, you’ll dive deeper — exploring the roots, musicality, and the “why” behind the movement. And as we expand, you’ll also find studio styles like contemporary and heels, giving you space to explore new textures, performance qualities, and artistic expression.

We believe adults deserve training that respects both the culture and the craft — while still feeling fun.

Founded in 2016 by Susie K and Rishone Todd, Musicality Central continues to be a space where adults can train across styles, honor foundational movement, and explore what dance feels like in their own body — at their own pace.
