Choreo 101 (Level 1)
Your starting point — no experience required.
Choreo 101 is a beginner-friendly open-style choreography class designed for adults who want to learn how to dance without feeling overwhelmed or out of place.
We move at a supportive pace, breaking movement down clearly and intentionally so you can understand why things work, not just copy what you see. Expect step-by-step guidance, repetition, and plenty of encouragement along the way.
Come exactly as you are — whether you’ve never danced before or you’re reconnecting after years away. By the end of class, you’ll feel more confident, more coordinated, and more comfortable moving in your body.
Choreo Vibes (Level 2)
Ready to challenge yourself and really get into the flow?
Choreo Vibes is an open-style choreography class for dancers who are comfortable picking up movement and want to explore more musicality, texture, and performance quality.
Routines pull inspiration from a variety of styles — including Hip Hop, House, Waacking, Popping, Dancehall, and more — depending on the music and the instructor’s vision.
Expect layered choreography, dynamic movement, and opportunities to push your stamina, expression, and artistic range while still keeping the energy supportive and community-driven.
Come ready to sweat, focus, and vibe with the room.
Burlesque Intentions (Level 1)
This is your permission slip.
Burlesque Intentions is a beginner-friendly sexy choreography class designed to help you explore confidence, sensuality, and stage presence — in a way that feels powerful, not performative.
Think “Beyoncé energy,” but broken down step by step.
Susie guides you through movement that builds body awareness, intention, and control. You won’t just learn choreography — you’ll learn how to own it. From subtle details to full-out moments, this class is about discovering what sexy feels like in your body.
No dance experience needed.
No pressure to be anyone else.
Just come ready to step into your power.
Dancehall Flava (Level 1)
Feel the rhythm. Move with the culture.
Dancehall Flava is a beginner-friendly choreography class rooted in authentic Dancehall movement and energy. Taught by Rishone, this class blends foundational steps with combo-based choreography so you can build confidence while learning the essence of the style.

Funky Foundations (Level 1)
Want to understand how movement works — not just memorize steps?
Funky Foundations is where we slow things down and build real dance vocabulary. Each month, James focuses on the foundations of a different street or groove-based style, breaking down the history, technique, and musicality behind the movement.
This class is perfect if you’re newer to dance and want a strong starting point, or if you’re an experienced mover looking to sharpen your technique and deepen your understanding of the culture and fundamentals.
You’ll leave with tools you can apply to every class you take — stronger grooves, better control, and a deeper connection to the music.
Drop in anytime, or commit to the full monthly session to fully develop confidence in that month’s style (and save a little 💲 while you’re at it).
All Out Aerobics
The workout that feels like a night out dancing with your friends.
All Out Aerobics blends dance fitness with groove-based movement inspired by Hip Hop fundamentals — creating a high-energy class that’s equal parts cardio, conditioning, and pure fun.
You’ll move through nonstop music that makes you want to dance anyway — from throwback favorites to current hits — while building endurance, strengthening your full body, and engaging your core without staring at a clock.
No dance experience needed. No pressure to “get it perfect.” Just show up, move big, and let the energy carry you.
Taught by Susie and Rishone, this class is about sweating, smiling, and leaving feeling better than when you walked in.
Groove Step (Aerobics)
This isn’t your mom’s step class.
Our step class blends high-energy cardio with dance-inspired movement for a workout that feels rhythmic, powerful, and actually fun.
It’s follow-along — but we also take time to teach the patterns so you understand what you’re doing. The more you come, the more confident you’ll feel as you start recognizing the call-outs, combos, and transitions.

Yoga
Reset. Reconnect. Realign.
Miranda’s yoga class blends mindful movement with breath work to help you slow down, release tension, and move with intention.
Depending on the flow, you may experience a more fluid vinyasa-style practice or a slower, grounding yin session — but no matter the format, mindfulness is the anchor.

Set the Barre
Strength meets control… with a little spice.
This barre class blends small, controlled movements with full-body engagement to build strength, stability, and endurance. Expect pulses, holds, balance work, and deep muscle activation that leaves you shaking (in the best way).
And because it’s at Musicality Central, you can expect rhythm and personality woven in. Kellie brings her own flavor — so don’t be surprised if there’s a little attitude layered into the burn.
This class is low impact but high intensity. Perfect if you’re looking to build strength, improve posture, and complement your dance training.
